- Standard Shipping (UAE): Calculated dynamically at checkout based on site location and ordered tank dimensions.
- Standard Shipping (Oman): Structured flat-rate transit cost of AED 2,000 for all deliveries into Oman.
- Heavy & Bulky Items (Oman): Includes all large industrial units — PVC tanks, Fiberglass tanks, and GRP tanks — covered under the same fixed AED 2,000 rate.
- No Hidden Charges: Transparent logistics pricing with zero surprise handling fees applied for Oman orders.
Damaged or Lost Items
- Inspection: Customer satisfaction is our priority. Please thoroughly inspect shipments upon arrival.
- Immediate Report: Notify our operations desk immediately (within 24 hours) if any damage is discovered.
