- Returns Accepted: Strictly permitted for verified manufacturing defects.
- Exchange Policy: Approved for exchanges if tanks exhibit verified physical structural flaws.
- Timeline Window: Issues must be formally reported within 24 hours of site delivery.
- Condition: Original protective wrapping and packaging tags must remain intact.
Not Accepted
Certain restrictions apply to maintain strict hygiene and site safety protocols:
- Change of Mind: Standard returns are strictly NOT accepted post-dispatch.
- Used/Installed Products: Once filled with water or installed, return claims are void.
- Custom Orders: Tailored capacities or specialized industrial dimensions cannot be returned.
- Wrong Selection: Customers must confirm capacity and dimensions prior to ordering.

To ensure a smooth and secure exchange workflow for defective deliverables, please adhere to these guidelines:
- Photo Proof: Submit high-resolution photos of the issue immediately upon site arrival.
- Technical Inspection: Our engineering team verifies the report. Approved cases receive an immediate free replacement unit.
- Do Not Install: Never attempt to install, plumb, or fill a compromised unit, as this voids operational warranties.
- Return Warehouse Location: Verified items are processed back directly to our headquarters: Al Basar Trading FZE, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, UAE.
